In 1963, Fogelman Management Group (“FMG”) began a proud tradition of providing the highest quality property management services to the thousands of residents that call the Fogelman communities “home.” Over these past 40 years, FMG has grown from a small local property management firm in Memphis, Tennessee to one of the Country’s largest and most respected, privately held operators of multifamily apartment communities.

Today, FMG manages over 50 properties and 18,000 units throughout the Southeast and Midwest. FMG’s clients include an array of institutional property owners such as pension funds and life insurance companies, as well as privately held investment entities. FMG is headquartered in Memphis, TN, with regional property management offices in Atlanta, GA, and Louisville, KY.

The principals of FMG are Richard Fogelman, Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Fogelman, President and Chief Operating Officer. Rick and Mark take great pride in leading the company’s 400-plus Fogelman “Associates” with the same core values that guides FMG’s success during the past four decades: hard work, professionalism, the highest level of integrity, and a burning desire to be the best.

Fogelman Management Group is an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION. The institute of Real Estate Management awards its highest designation to companies which have met stringent standards of experience, financial stability, integrity and ethics. Only six percent of all management companies in the US are accepted into the AMO program.
