Operations and On Site Personnel – Led by our regional vice presidents who average almost 20 years of industry experience, FMG’s operation teams are one of the most experienced in the multifamily industry. Our operational teams pride themselves on efficiently executing the following:
- Oversight of all aspects of on-site operations – leasing, marketing, maintenance, customer service

Real Estate Services - FMG provides an in-house Real Estate Services department to oversee and coordinate the time-consuming but very critical tasks of maximizing all ancillary/non-rent income opportunities and implementing systems and procedures which minimize property operating expenses. This allows onsite associates to focus their time and energy on leasing, marketing and customer service at each of our communities. Items coordinated by the Real Estate Services department include the following:
- Proactive management of utility costs and conservation programs
- Administration of all national vendor programs designed to provide property level expense savings
- Identifying and maximizing all ancillary income opportunities
- Monitoring of collection agency performance
- Coordination of property level premises liability programs
- Oversight of the company’s FMGreen initiative
Training and Management Development – FMG’s innovative and award winning training and marketing team focuses on the professional development our Fogelman associates through:
- Immediate access to both self-directed and instructor led web-based training in property management fundamentals
- Advanced interactive classroom training on topics such as Marketing, Leasing, Customer Service, Fair Housing, Accounting and Management Skills
- Oversight of National Shopping Report program and follow up

Accounting Services and Reporting – Our accounting team serves as the FMG information hub for providing customized accounting and reporting services tailored to each client’s needs including:

Information Systems – The Fogelman IT Department manages FMG’s integrated technology platform and supports our managed properties and clients by:

- Providing access for our clients and associates to both FMG’s intranet and web-based property management systems
